Domnovate is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a permanent, on-site role in North Adams, Massachusetts. The position focuses on helping patients with swallowing, communication, and cognitive-linguistic needs to achieve practical goals using clinical judgment and compassionate communication.

This full-time role is a direct-hire opportunity with Our Client, offering a 35-hour work week and a day schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Formación

• SLA licensure in MA or eligibility (required before practice).
• Accredited education and clinical qualifications in speech-language pathology.
• Sound clinical reasoning and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to assess, plan, deliver and document care within scope and credential requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assess communication, cognitive-linguistic and swallowing needs.
• Develop individualized goals and treatment plans; deliver interventions.
• Monitor progress and adapt care as needed; document evaluations and progress.
• Collaborate with rehab team to align goals with daily activities and safety standards.
