Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time role in Lubbock, Texas. The position involves assessing and treating speech, language and related disorders within an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

The candidate should hold a graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology, current state licensure, CCC from ASHA or CFY status, and BLS certification. Prior rehab hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• CCC from ASHA or CFY status or equivalent preferred.
• Two years' experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
• Current BLS certification from an approved provider.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, diagnoses, and treats speech, language, cognitive, communication, voice, swallowing, fluency, and other related disorders.
• Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
