Job summary

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation in Hamburg, PA seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to improve communication and swallowing function, educate families, and coordinate care. You will document diagnoses, plan interventions, and monitor progress within a multidisciplinary team.

Masters in SLP and PA licensure are required; ASHA CCC is preferred, with CFY candidates considered. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Hamburg facility with opportunities to contribute to patient education and program

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology and state licensure.
• CCC from ASHA or CFY candidates considered.
• Experience in hospital or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients with reduced communication or swallow function.
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans and progress.
• Document examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, prognoses, interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.
