Job summary

Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. You will assess, diagnose, and treat residents, developing individualized plans to improve communication and swallowing skills, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active certification in SLP (CCC-SLP) or eligible for certification.
• Licensure to practice as an SLP in Pennsylvania.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Participate in staff meetings and in-service training.
