Qualifications

• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

• Interim License or state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Kentucky required; if not licensed, must obtain within 90 days after training.

Responsibilities

• Examines, tests, diagnoses and administers remedial treatments for swallowing, speech, language and hearing disorders.
• Evaluates patients regarding the application of therapeutic techniques for rehabilitation.
• Documents test results and recommends remedial treatment.
• Conducts services across Med Center Health settings (acute care, outpatient, home health, SNF, etc.).
