Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Portland Rehab & Wellness Center in Portland, TN is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You will provide patient-centered SLP services to residents, working within Signature Rehab’s integrated care model to support recovery and functional communication.

Required: a master’s degree in speech-language pathology, current state licensure, and ASHA CCC certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master’s degree in speech, hearing science and language development.
• Current SLP license in the state of service.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.

Responsibilities

• Join Signature Rehab team to provide speech-language pathology services.
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to support residents' recovery and return to activities.
• Operate under the integrated care model to deliver rehabilitative care.

How you Will make a Difference

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model rehabilitative therapist work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited program of speech, hearing science and language development, culminating in a minimum of a master’s degree.
• A Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current Clinical Competence Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
