Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapist-led network in the Outer Banks. You will deliver evidence-based speech, language, and swallowing therapy within a supportive team.

This PRN, daytime position requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state license, and CCC-SLP. Prior experience is preferred as you develop and implement individualized treatment plans and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Unencumbered state SLP license and CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of SLP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans based on outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
