Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist license requirements.
- Cert of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) within 1 year of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
- Document evaluations, daily notes, and discharge summaries.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and safety.
