About Lakeland Hospitals
The health system includes three hospitals, a regional cancer center, rehabilitation centers, long-term care residences, home care and hospice services, and 34 affiliate physician practice locations. We provide both inpatient and outpatient medical services throughout Southwest Michigan.
Scope of Work
Provides therapy to patients based on their needs and medical direction. Educates patients and caregivers, and arranges adaptive equipment as needed. Performs evaluations to assess disability levels, develops treatment plans, and makes recommendations. Implements treatment programs to restore maximal function, and adjusts goals and methods based on effectiveness and changing needs.
