Job summary

Cassia Community is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to float between Elim Wellspring, Princeton, and Milaca Elim Meadows. On-call position with a wage of $55 per hour, mileage reimbursement of $0.70 per mile, and benefits.

The role requires CCC-SLP certification or eligibility and MN licensure. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and therapy services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery across multiple

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Speech Therapy Program and hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Must possess a current MN Speech Therapist License (CCC-SLP preferred).
• Experience with Homecare Homebase EMR is helpful but training is provided.
• Familiarity with OASIS is preferred or willing to be trained.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations pertaining to therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose communication disorders across speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address deficits.
• Provide speech and language therapy to improve communication skills.
• Educate and support patients and families on strategies for effective communication.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.

Pro Rehab, an established Rehab company with over 35 years of successful business is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist. We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to float between Elim Wellspring, Princeton, and Milaca Elim Meadows, Milaca! We offer a competitive wage, benefits and mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile). We are seeking an SLP with current CCC-SLP certification.

Position Type: On-Call

Wage Range: $55 / hour depending on experience.

Elim Wellspring: 701 First St., Princeton, MN 55371

Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:

• Assess & Diagnose Communication Disorders:Evaluate patient needs and deficits such as but not limited to: patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing difficulties.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans:Create personalized therapy programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient.
• Provide Speech & Language Therapy:Conduct exercises and interventions to improve communication and speech abilities.
• Educate & Support Patients & Families:Teach strategies for effective communication and techniques to improve daily life.
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Treatment:Track patient improvements, document progress, and modify therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with HealthcareTeams:Work with doctors,nurses, and therapists to ensure comprehensive support for patients.

Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Speech Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must possess a current accredited MN Speech Therapist License.
• Homecare Homebase EMR experience helpful but will train
• Experience with OASIS preferred or willing to be trained
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain.
• Develop care plans and discharge planning strategies for optimal patient recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate patients and their families on therapy techniques.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
