Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver resident-focused speech therapy within an interdisciplinary team in Grand Junction, Colorado. The role emphasizes compassionate care, growth, and collaboration to improve communication and swallowing outcomes.

The candidate should be ASHA-certified, hold an active Colorado license, and be comfortable with Casamba and Point Click Care data entry. Prior SNF experience is a plus; compensation is $55–$60 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an ASHA-accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active Colorado Speech Therapist License required.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred.
• CPR as requested and proficient data entry in Casamba/Point Click Care.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.
