Trinity Rehab Services in Hyde Park Chicago is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to support skilled nursing and outpatient services. You will join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

Qualifications

• IL Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide SLP services in SNF and/or Outpatient settings.
• Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care.
• Complete documentation efficiently and accurately.
