Your contribution

Assess communication, cognitive-linguistic and swallowing needs within your professional scope. Develop individualized goals and treatment plans, deliver appropriate interventions, monitor progress and adapt care as needs change. Collaborate with the rehabilitation and care team so treatment goals connect with each person’s daily activities. Document evaluations, interventions and progress accurately and promptly, communicate relevant changes, and follow professional standards, safety practices and applicable requirements. Schedule and employment

• Permanent, on-site direct-hire opportunity in La Follette, Tennessee.

What you bring
