Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of senior residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals
• Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy sessions to residents in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each resident
• Document resident progress, treatment plans, and outcomes
• Participate in staff education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
