Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for Paoli Hospital on a Per Diem basis. The role is an 8 hour Day Shift with weekday and weekend availability.

The candidate will perform evaluations, treatment planning, and patient care in acute care. Requires PA SLP-CCC license, Bachelor's degree (Master’s/Doctorate preferred), CPR, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Speech Language Pathology program.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• PA SLP-CCC license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluations for patients.
• Develop and implement plans of care based on evaluations.
• Deliver Speech Language Pathology services and administer treatment in acute care settings.

Position:

Speech Language Pathologist - Acute Care (Paoli Hospital)

Shift:

Per Diem, 8 hour Day Shift. Weekday + weekend availability needed. 2 weekend days per month.

Experience:

Relevant clinical experience as per setting. Minimum of 1-year acute care experience desired.

Education:

1. Graduate of a Speech Language Pathology program is required.

2. Bachelor's Degree Required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. Current Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathology license ( SLP-CCC ).

2. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).

3. Healthcare Provider Current CPR is required on hire.
