Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for a per diem role in Bellevue, WA. Responsibilities include evaluation, diagnosis, planning and supervision of speech pathology treatment per physician referral and standards.

Monday through Sunday shifts may be required to meet census demands. Applicants must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, WA licensure, CCC from ASHA, and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Master’s Equivalent in Speech/Language Pathology from an AHSA accredited university program is required.
• Must be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Washington, Must have Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech/Language Pathology from ASHA.
• Current BLS certification is also required.
• Inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment appropriate to the age of the patients served and demonstrate clinical competence.

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics has a current opening for a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a per diem opportunity.

In this role, you are responsible for evaluation, diagnosis, planning, administration and supervision of speech language pathology treatment in accordance with physician referral, state and national organizational standards, regulatory agencies, and established departmental policies and procedures. Demonstrates clinical competence and knowledge necessary to provide treatment appropriate to the age of the patients served.

Per Diem / Variable 8 hour days

Requirements: Weekend shifts & holidays, plus weekday shifts to meet census demands.
