Job Details

• Part-time, PRN position with approximately 192 hours annually, including 6 Saturdays per quarter and 2 holidays.
• Coverage primarily on Saturdays, with opportunities at multiple network locations including Wheaton, Downers Grove, Palos Heights, Elmhurst, Homer Glen, and Oak Brook Terrace, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language and swallowing evaluations and treatments according to hospital policies and ASHA guidelines.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment and prognosis.
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing in a timely manner.
• Supervise support personnel and participate in team conferences.
• Adhere to ethical, safety, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications
