MedCare Pediatric is hiring a Home Health Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver one-on-one care in children's homes, evaluating and treating speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate families on strategies to promote carryover at home.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligible to obtain licensure by the anticipated start date
• One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Experience supervising assistants is preferred but not required
