Compleat KiDZ is the largest and fastest growing multi-disciplinary pediatric rehabilitation treatment organization in North Carolina. We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA Therapy services to children birth to 18 years of age across 18 clinics, using a play-based model.

Location: Compleat Kidz - Salisbury Clinic, 131 W Innes St, Salisbury, NC 28144

Role Overview: As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will help children reach their full potential, employing evidence-based practices. We seek energetic, growth-minded SLPs with pediatric experience who enjoy working with diverse caseloads and educating families.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• 1 year pediatric experience preferred; Clinical Fellows considered.
• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active North Carolina Licensure in SLP and ASHA certification.
• Pass background check.
• Conduct evaluations, treatments, consultations, and discharge planning for children in outpatient settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR.
• Communicate thoroughly with healthcare providers via reports, calls, etc.
• Assess and recommend assistive technology or adaptive equipment as needed.
• Supervise CFs and SLPAs in the clinic.
