Job summary

The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide and direct speech therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Licensure or eligibility is required; ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Compensation is $43–$47 per hour with standard clinical responsibilities, including discharge planning, documentation, and supervision of students/volunteers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state license or license eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Speech Therapy services including assessment and treatment.
• Develop treatment plans with short and long-term goals.
• Coordinate with patient, family and team members.
• Document results of assessments and treatment.
• Supervise students and volunteers as required.
• Participate in discharge planning and quality assurance.
