Sholom Community Alliance, LLC. is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess and treat individuals with voice, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
You will design and evaluate therapeutic programs, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and counsel individuals and families on coping with loss of function. The role requires a Master’s in Speech Pathology, CCC-SLP, Minnesota licensure, CPR/First Aid, and preferably geriatric experience.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) assesses and treats individuals with disorders associated with the voice, fluency, language, cognitive, communication, speech and swallowing. This position will design, implement and evaluate speech therapy programming for clients, developing individualized care plans on a case‑by‑case basis. Collaborate with the IDT (interdisciplinary team) to ensure adequate and appropriate flow of speech therapy services. Provide support and counseling to individuals and families concerning loss of function, and coping with issues as they relate. Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and organization requirements, completing discharge documentation as directed. Maintain up-to-date programs and techniques to enhance speech therapy services provided. Support various other Rehab responsibilities as needed.
