Job summary

Swedish Otolaryngology is seeking a collaborative and motivated Medical Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing Voice & Swallowing Center. Working alongside seven physicians, an established SLP, and a dedicated laryngologist, you will play a key role in delivering specialized care for patients with swallowing disorders, voice disorders, chronic cough, and vocal cord dysfunction.

This outpatient position spans two clinic locations and includes providing therapy, participating in

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in an accredited speech-language pathology program.
• Washington SLP license required upon hire.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire.
• Experience as a speech pathologist is preferred.
• Fellowship training in laryngology/medical speech pathology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy to patients with voice, swallowing, and vocal cord disorders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinics with physicians and laryngologists.
• Assist with in-office procedures related to voice and swallowing assessments.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation therapists to coordinate comprehensive care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous speech pathologist experience.
• Fellowship training in laryngology/medical speech pathology (preferred).
