Job description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers the opportunity to practice at the intersection of voice, swallowing, and upper airway care within an academic Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery setting. The SLP is fully integrated into the outpatient OTO-HNS clinic and works closely with fellowship-trained laryngologists, head and neck oncologic surgeons, advanced practice providers, fellows, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.

The role includes hands-on clinical and instrumental evaluation, longitudinal management, and evidence-based treatment of adults with complex voice, swallowing, and upper airway disorders. SLPs work collaboratively with physicians throughout the continuum of care, creating a highly integrated model in which evaluation, medical management, and rehabilitation inform one another.

Beyond clinical practice, the position offers opportunities to contribute to teaching, program development, and clinical research, including collaboration with the Vose Upper Airway & Swallowing Research Lab. This is an excellent fit for an SLP seeking advanced specialty practice in ENT while remaining connected to research, innovation, and the continued advancement of the field.
