Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our nationwide therapies team. We offer a $60/hour ceiling, a $15,000 retention bonus, and a clinic-wide focus on improving communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life for patients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-acceptable program.
• ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship eligibility; CCC acceptance or eligibility to obtain CCC.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in practice state.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients to improve communication, swallowing, and overall speech-language function.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and mentor new grads.
