Qualifications
- They must possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- The Speech Language Pathologist must be licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.
Responsibilities
- Must complete a minimum of 36 weeks Clinical Fellowship for full-time employment under licensed, ASHA-certified supervision.
- Must meet provisional licensure requirements or CMS supervision requirements for patients with Medicare during the fellowship.
- Maintain timely communication with supervisor and Director of Rehab regarding fellowship and licensure status and required documentation.
