Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) to complete required fellowship with supervision, pursue licensure, and contribute to a multidisciplinary rehab team across various settings in the United States. Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or similar program as required by ASHA guidelines.
Candidate must be licensed, certified or credentialed in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

Complete 36 weeks Clinical Fellowship with supervision by a licensed SLP.
Meet state licensure requirements and CMS supervision standards during fellowship.
Document fellowship progress and licensure status for supervisor review.
Adhere to supervision rules and CMS guidelines for provisional licensure.
Promote safety, participate in patient care and rehab team meetings.
Assess patients, develop goals, implement SSP/therapy plans, and document progress.
Coordinate device acquisition and educate patients on use of assistive tech.
