Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders. You will design individualized rehab plans and work to restore and enhance speech across multiple care settings.

Role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, training patients and caregivers for independence, and ongoing professional development within a growing rehabilitation organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA-consistent) is required.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders or deficits.
• Design and execute individualized rehab plans and ensure effective delivery of services.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to other professionals to ensure patient needs are met.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
