Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary maternity leave coverage for pediatric therapy caseload.
• Deliver therapy sessions (CCC-SLP or SLPA) and document progress.
• Collaborate with on-site MDT (OT/PT/SLP) and ABA teams.
• Support families and ensure continuity of care during transition.

Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide temporary maternity leave coverage for approximately 12 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team, build relationships with families, and make a difference in the lives of children.

While this is a temporary assignment, there may be opportunities to be considered for future openings based on business needs and performance.

• Duration: Approximately 12-13 weeks

Options for Compensation

1099 Contractor - CCC-SLP

• $30 per 30-minute therapy session ($60/hour)

1099 Contractor - SLPA

• $17 per 30-minute therapy session ($34/hour)

W2 Pay-Per-Visit - CCC-SLP

(Rate based on years of experience and/or bilingual status)

• $28-$38 per 30-minute therapy session ($56-$76/hour)

W2 Pay-Per-Visit - SLPA

(Rate based on years of experience and/or bilingual status)

• $15-$23 per 30-minute therapy session ($30-$46/hour)
