Cole Pediatric Therapy in Tomball, TX is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or SLPA for temporary maternity leave coverage of about 12 weeks. Join a collaborative pediatric team and make a meaningful impact with families and children.

Compensation includes 1099 contractor and W2 pay-per-visit options with session rates from $30 per 30 minutes up to $38 per 30 minutes, depending on credentials and experience. Start date late November 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience required.
• Active Texas State license in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or SLPA.
• Passion for serving children and supporting families.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary maternity leave coverage for approximately 12 weeks in a pediatric setting.
• Collaborate with a team of therapists and other professionals.
• Build relationships with families and children and deliver therapy sessions.
