Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art pediatric therapy clinic in Clinton Township, Michigan, seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our team full-time.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy

Responsibilities

• Lead 30-minute therapy sessions with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, including assessments and progress evaluations.
• Complete daily treatment notes and submit progress summaries by the 1st of each due month.
• Collaborate with parents, BCBAs, and other professionals on treatment goals.
• Participate in company training and required professional development.
• Submit accurate timesheets in line with the Central Reach calendar deadlines.
• Prepare reports (initials, re-evaluations, authorizations, AAC) to drive client care.
• Provide supervision to students, clinical fellows, or new hires when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

Pay range: $90,000-$125,600

Our team includes Speech- Language Pathologists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and Occupational Therapists working together to support communication, social development, and daily living skills.

We are a state of the art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training program, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and day-time center based services for children between the ages of 2-12. Responsibilities
