Job summary

Healing Haven in Clinton Township is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for a full-time role. The position offers a competitive base salary with a billable hour bonus incentive and a supportive multidisciplinary team focusing on autism services for children aged 2-12.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30-minute therapy sessions with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and conduct assessments.
• Complete daily treatment notes and submit progress summaries monthly.
• Collaborate with parents, BCBAs, and professionals to set goals.
• Participate in company training and professional development.
• Submit accurate timesheets aligned with Central Reach deadlines.
• Prepare reports (initials, re-evaluations, authorizations, AAC) to support client care.
• Provide supervision to students or new hires when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality.
