Job summary

Healing Haven in Clinton Township is seeking a full-time CCC-SLP to support pediatric therapy and enhance communication, social development, and daily living skills within a multidisciplinary team.

You will lead engaging 30-minute sessions, document daily notes and progress, and work closely with families, BCBAs, and other professionals to implement coordinated treatment plans while participating in ongoing professional development and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy.

Responsibilities

• Lead impactful 30-minute therapy sessions with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, with assessments and progress reevaluations.
• Complete daily treatment notes and submit progress summaries by the 1st of each due month.
• Collaborate with parents, BCBAs, and professionals to create coordinated treatment plans.
• Participate in company training and professional development.
• Submit accurate timesheets in line with calendar deadlines.
• Prepare reports (initials, re-evaluations, authorizations, AAC) to support client care.
• Provide supervision to students, fellows, or new hires when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

Job Summary: Healing Haven is looking for a full-time CCC-SLP in Clinton Township! Pay range: $90,000-$125,600 (Total annual compensation, including bonus incentives) Join Our Team at Healing Haven! Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art pediatric therapy clinic supporting children with autism and their families through a collaborative, multidisciplinary model. Our team includes Speech-Language Pathologists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and Occupational Therapists working together to support communication, social development, and daily living skills.

We are a state of the art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. We believe in treating the family as a whole, and as such siblings and parents are often incorporated into our therapy. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training program, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and day-time center based services for children between the ages of 2-12. Responsibilities

• Prepare key reports (initials, re-evaluations, authorizations, AAC) that help drive client care forward.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

• Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy
