Job summary

Healing Haven LLC in Madison Heights, MI is seeking full-time and part-time CCC-SLPs to join a pediatric therapy team. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $125,600 annually, pro-rated for hours worked, with billable-hour bonuses.

Our state-of-the-art clinic supports autism and related developmental needs, offering a multidisciplinary model with BCBAs, OTs, and speech-language pathologists collaborating on comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30-minute therapy sessions with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, with assessments and re-evaluations.
• Complete daily treatment notes and submit progress summaries monthly.
• Collaborate with parents, BCBAs, and other professionals for coordinated goals.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Submit timesheets in line with scheduling calendars.
• Prepare reports (initials, re-evaluations, authorizations, AAC).
• Provide supervision to students, clinical fellows, or new hires when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality.

Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art pediatric therapy clinic supporting children with autism and their families through a collaborative, multidisciplinary model. Our team includes Speech-Language Pathologists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and Occupational Therapists working together to support communication, social development, and daily living skills.

Our Madison Heights campus includes four specialized clinics designed to serve children and young adults at every stage of life. We believe in treating the family as a whole, often incorporating siblings and parents into therapy. Our services include speech therapy, ABA therapy, occupational therapy, autism diagnostic testing and assessment, and a 3-month parent training clinic.

Responsibilities

• Lead impactful and engaging 30-minute therapy sessions with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, starting with thoughtful assessments and keeping progress on track with timely re‑evaluations.
• Stay on top of documentation by completing daily treatment notes and submitting progress summaries by the 1st of each due month.
• Work closely with parents, BCBAs, and fellow professionals to create a well‑rounded, collaborative approach to treatment goals.
• Keep learning and growing by participating in company training and required professional development.
• Track your time with ease by submitting accurate timesheets in line with the Central Reach calendar deadlines.
• Prepare key reports (initials, re‑evaluations, authorizations, AAC) that help drive client care forward.
• Support the team by providing supervision to students, clinical fellows, or new hires when needed.
• Protect client privacy by maintaining HIPAA compliance and keeping confidentiality a top priority

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
