Master's Degree from an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology.
Licensed as a speech language pathologist in WI, IL or both if required.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
CPR/BLS required within 90 days of hire.
Passing the Driver's License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
Passing the Driver's License check.
Travel to other locations for cross coverage.
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
