Buffalo Crossings seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, treatment planning and direct patient care in Florida. You will work in inpatient and outpatient settings, coordinating with the care team and training families for discharge.

The role emphasizes swallowing, speech and language interventions, documentation and adherence to ASHA guidelines. Flexible, team-oriented, full-time position with minimal supervision.

Formación

• Requires Florida state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience with swallowing disorders is preferred.
• ASHA scope of practice familiarity required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care that meets department and professional standards.
• Evaluates and develops speech-language pathology care plans.
• Performs documentation including evaluations, plans of care and discharge summaries.
• Discharges patients with appropriate discharge planning and family training.
• Maintains caseload and productivity in line with department standards.
• Participates in interdisciplinary care planning and rounds.
• Communicates with care team and community providers for continuity of service.
