Cleveland Clinic Florida is seeking an Outpatient Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders from birth through old age. You will join a dedicated team providing patient-first care in a reputable system.

The role emphasizes evaluation, therapy, and collaboration with physicians and staff to support healing. The position requires Florida licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP certification, with a 3-day workweek and daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Masters, Doctorate or SLP-D from an accredited School of Speech-Language Pathology.
• State licensure in Florida required.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA required.
• Externship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and apply therapy techniques for rehabilitation of speech and swallowing disorders.
• Plan and supervise patient evaluations and treatments per physician referrals.
• Review and revise the plan of care as needed and document progress.
• Prepare progress reports and report to the physician as needed.
• Instruct and counsel staff and family members to support treatment.
• Perform voice evaluations and swallowing evaluations.
• Demonstrate competency with MBSS for adults and pediatrics.
• Follow Code Blue and clinic policies and safety goals.
