Job summary

Soliant is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential speech and language support within a vibrant educational setting near Williamsburg, VA for the 2026/2027 academic year. The role involves delivering services to K-12 students, participating in IEP meetings, and collaborating with teachers and families to support student development.

This contract offers a standard school schedule of about 37.5 hours per week and the opportunity to impact a diverse student

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA CCC preferred, but strong CFs will be considered.
  • Previous school-based experience supporting diverse K-12 caseloads is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to assigned students.
  • Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans addressing speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records for each student, in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families to support student development.
  • Offer consultative support and in-service training to staff and caregivers when needed.
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each learner across all grade levels.
