Job summary

Soliant is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathology contract specialist to support a diverse student population from preschool through 8th grade on-site in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with an SLPA and teachers. This role requires CFY candidacy if applicable and travel to up to three local sites, with in-person commitments and Medicaid billing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with active state licensure.
• Experience in pediatric and school settings; CFY candidacy if applicable.

Step into a rewarding school-based Speech-Language Pathology role serving a vibrant, diverse student population from preschool through 8th grade. This contract position offers the opportunity to provide in-person support on a dynamic campus, helping students reach their communication milestones in collaboration with a dedicated SLPA. The role requires working primarily at one site (up to a maximum of three) and starts as soon as possible.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure
• Experience working in pediatric and school settings, including completion or candidacy for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if applicable
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Skilled in writing IEP reports, tracking goal attainment, and accurate Medicaid/electronic billing procedures
• Proficiency in collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and engaging families
• Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload around 55 students—with support from a skilled SLPA
• Flexibility to attend meetings that occasionally require additional hours
• Commitment to onsite, in-person work (no remote/teletherapy component)
