Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a rewarding in-person contract role near Thousand Oaks, CA. You will provide targeted therapy to students and support speech and language development in a school setting.

The position features a 21-hour workweek across Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering a balanced schedule and ongoing collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to meet IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, valid SLP license for California.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, ideally in an educational setting.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person therapy services to students on a consistent, part-time schedule.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, targeting speech, language, and communication goals.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans for students with a variety of communication needs.
• Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ IEP goals and educational progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment progress, and compliance records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and school-based teams as needed.
