Job summary

Solfiant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract serving PK-8th grade students. The role emphasizes assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with teachers and families to support communication goals.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with district requirements.

Job description

Step into an impactful role where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist shapes students’ academic and social success. A school-based opportunity is available at a single site serving an engaging PK-8th grade caseload of approximately 75-80 students. This contract position supports both experienced SLPs (holding CCC) and recent graduates pursuing their CFY, providing the chance to build strong professional relationships within the school community and create meaningful change for developing learners.

Candidates will have a chance to interview as early as Friday.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred—CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • School-based SLP experience or a strong passion for working with PreK through 8th grade students
  • Effective communication skills and an ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Competence in developing and implementing IEPs, progress monitoring, and goal setting
