Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated speech-language pathologist for a contracted school-based role near Independence, MO. You will deliver direct therapy to students, aligned with IEP goals, in collaboration with teachers and families to support communication milestones.

You will assess needs, develop and monitor individualized plans, participate in IEP meetings, maintain accurate records, and stay current with best practices through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Hold or eligible for CCC-SLP or be CFY-SLP.
  • Experience or strong interest in K-12 school-based therapy encouraged.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, families, and staff.
  • Proficient in conducting speech-language assessments and implementing IEPs.
  • Familiarity with a variety of communication disorders and intervention strategies.
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and comply with school/district policies.
