Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a contracted full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite role focuses on improving students’ speech and language abilities through screening, assessment, and therapy in collaboration with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

You will develop individualized plans and IEP goals, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings. Strong communication and familiarity with interventions are expected to foster student

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFY candidates considered.
  • At least one year of prior school-based SLP experience desirable.
  • Familiarity with the latest interventions, IEPs, and documentation processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide screening, assessment, and therapy for students with speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
  • Work closely with students, teachers, and families to maximize student outcomes.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation and progress reports; participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Offer training and support for teachers and parents regarding speech and language strategies.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
State licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
CCC-SLP certification (preferred)
CFY candidates considered
School-based SLP experience desired
