Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschool students in a full-time contract for the 2026-2027 school year. You will provide direct therapy, assessments, and IEP documentation in a collaborative, school-based setting.

Ideal candidates include CCCs, CFs, SLPAs, or those open to travel assignments; we encourage new grads and travel clinicians to apply, with mentorship and ongoing onboarding.

Qualifications

• Requires state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP/CF/SLPA).
• Experience with early childhood/preschool populations preferred.
• Strong communication and thorough documentation skills required.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to preschool students.
• Conduct assessments and develop/monitor IEPs with progress documentation.
• Consult with classroom staff and families to ensure carryover of strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment.
• Adapt therapy activities to be child-centered and engaging.
