Soliant is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, onsite role for the 2026/2027 school year. Immediate start available to support students in developing communication and language skills.

The position offers an hourly range of $40 to $55, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance. Experience in school settings and ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY considered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; open to CFY candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy to students, individually or in small groups.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans to meet student needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support educators and families with strategies to foster student success.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
• Valid SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to strong Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• Experience supporting students in school settings highly valued
• Expertise in evaluation, development, and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, educators, and families
• Ability to provide therapy, assessments, and develop treatment plans for a diverse student population
