Job summary

Soliant partners with a pioneering Early Intervention school in New York for a Speech-Language Pathologist in its inaugural year. This part-time position can transition to full-time as caseloads expand, with on-site supervision for Clinical Fellows and a 12-month appointment supporting EI groups of about 10 children.

Master’s in SLP required with NY license or eligibility; SLP-CCC or CF accepted, collaborative, child-focused care, ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid New York state license or eligibility (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow accepted)
  • Experience working with early childhood populations or a strong interest in EI settings

Position Highlights
  • Start on a part-time basis, with the expectation and encouragement to transition to full-time hours as caseloads expand
  • Typical initial schedule: a few hours per week, scaling up to 40 hours weekly with increasing student needs
  • 12-month appointment, providing continuity and stability for both you and the students
  • Early Intervention caseload featuring individual and group sessions with approximately 10 children per classroom
  • Every classroom is fully supported, with a dedicated 1:1 teacher’s assistant and a special education teacher for each group
  • Modern facilities situated in a vibrant neighborhood, providing a dynamic and enriching workplace
