Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a well-resourced educational setting. This onsite contract runs from late August 2026 through May 2027, with a caseload of about 21 students as case manager and supervision provided by an onsite SLP-A and another SLP.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of approximately 21 students as case manager; provide services to overall caseload of 76 students, collaborating with an SLP-A.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized therapy plans.
• Facilitate IEP meetings, assessments, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student success.
• Contribute to supervision of SLP-A as needed, with primary focus on case management.
• Maintain compliance with all required guidelines and school policies.

Job description

Collaborate directly with team membersincluding an SLP-A, who will be present several days a weekand engage with another onsite SLP for SLP-A supervision. • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).

• Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills required.
• Ability to provide supervision and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
