Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Speech Therapy services to patients, including assessment and treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Conduct regular patient screenings to determine intervention needs.
• Interpret evaluation results and communicate findings to patients, families, and the care team.
• Coordinate treatment plans with patient, family, and team members.
• Monitor and adjust treatment based on patient progress and physician orders.
• Instruct patients, families, and staff in use of augmentative communication devices.
• Participate in discharge planning and develop home/community programs.
