Qualifications

• Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rehab services as designed in patient plans and ensure effective execution.
• Collaborate with patients to achieve communication, swallowing, and cognitive/functional goals.
• Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across care settings.
• Promote patient independence and provide caregiver training as needed.
