Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients communicate and swallow, and to design and implement effective therapy plans across varied settings. You will evaluate needs, deliver rehab services, and work as part of a collaborative team to support patient goals.

The role includes mentorship for new grads, continuing education via Medbridge, and potential visa sponsorship with relocation assistance to support career growth in a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders or deficits.
• Design and deliver rehab plans with patients and execute them.
• Collaborate with peers and refer patients to ensure optimal care.
• Train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
• Adapt care across settings and maintain mobility in daily work.
