Job summary

Westpark Rehabilitation and Living in Euless, TX is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dedicated in-house therapy team. You will contribute to patient assessment and rehabilitation, with leadership support and a focus on high-quality, compliant care.

The role involves direct patient care, collaboration with families and care staff, and ongoing development in a supportive environment that values CAPLICO principles. This position is on-site and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with transfer, ambulation, and wound care as part of the rehabilitation plan.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries that comply with regulatory and clinical requirements.
